When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent. We work with several delivery agents in major cities. Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 days after the order is placed and confirmed.

Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver only within the country and to a specific set of cities listed on the Delivery page. All cities served by the shipping agents are displayed there.

You can request international delivery directly with our store team via WhatsApp, in order to get product weight details and pricing from international shipping agents not yet integrated into the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

Please review the Return Policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the cost of returning the item to the company and reshipping it will be covered by the customer, while the product’s value itself will not be charged to the customer, in line with our Return Policy.

I want to order in bulk — is there a discount?

The store provides bulk order delivery upon request, with discounts ranging from 10% to 20% on selected products. You can contact us directly through the Contact Us page to inquire about bulk quantities and discounts.
